We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with prospective clients across key industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a hunter mindset, and the ambition to launch or accelerate a sales career in a high-growth international company.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and research potential clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, Government, Legal, and Energy sectorsConduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new qualified leads in collaboration with MarketingQualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls/meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain a strong pipeline of prospects and log all activity in the CRMCollaborate closely with the Account Executive team to align on target accounts and strategiesTrack outreach KPIs (emails, calls, booked meetings) and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotasRepresent Reviver Global professionally and effectively as the first point of contact with prospectsProvide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and market trendsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles (B2B experience strongly preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presenceHigh-energy, self-motivated, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivatedFamiliarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach)Ability to work independently and as part of a global teamFluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong assetA strong desire to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Leadership role
