Requirements and responsibilities


This is a full-time, 6-month engagement with the option to extend. Role: Embedded HubSpot Admin. Objective: Support the existing team on near-term post-migration initiatives. Scope: - Sales and Servicing onboarding, configuration, reporting, workflows, automation, HubSpot Mobile, and emergency support queue. - "Agent Selection" custom object buildout (associations, fields, permissions). - HubSpot: Snowflake zero-copy configuration (no ETL — for example, merchant status on Company records). - Third-party connector configuration for Sales (Aircall, DocuSign, etc.). - HubSpot DevOps, DR, and BCP setup and documentation. Must-Have Skills: - Hands-on HubSpot administration (Sales and Service Hub). - Custom objects. - Workflows. - Integrations. - Reporting. - Snowflake exposure (zero-copy is a plus). - Strong documentation skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Salesforce to HubSpot migration experience. - HubSpot certifications. - DevOps, DR, and BCP for SaaS CRM. Engagement: - 6 months. Availability: - Full-time.
