Are you passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences? Do you have expertise in instructional design, storyboarding, and standards-aligned content development? If yes, we'd love to hear from you!We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development and review of K–12 digital instructional content for U.S.-based clients.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and develop lessons aligned with U.S. K–12 standardsEnsure alignment between learning objectives, content, practice, and assessmentsCreate storyboards and plan media elements including videos, graphics, and interactive componentsDevelop instructional scripts, captions, and multimedia contentConduct quality reviews for grammar, clarity, and instructional effectivenessCollaborate with SMEs, curriculum leads, and production teamsUtilize AI tools to support content review, script drafting, and media ideationWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in K–12 Instructional DesignExperience working with U.S.-based curriculum projectsStrong writing, visualization, and storyboard development skillsUnderstanding of standards alignment and digital learning best practicesKnowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)Familiarity with eLearning tools and digital authoring platformsWorking knowledge of AI-assisted content development workflowsPreferredExperience with Articulate Rise or similar authoring toolsExperience in standards mapping and digital lesson production workflowsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work on impactful educational projectsCollaborative and innovative work environmentExposure to cutting-edge digital learning technologiesFlexible remote working opportunity
