We are looking for an experienced Oracle Unity CDP Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Customer Data Platforms, Oracle technologies, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Oracle ecosystem applications and have successfully delivered Oracle Unity CDP implementations for enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect Oracle Unity CDP solutions for enterprise-scale customer data management.Lead end-to-end Oracle Unity CDP implementations and integrations.Define customer data models, identity resolution strategies, and customer profile unification frameworks.Integrate Oracle Unity CDP with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle CX applications, ERP, HCM, and third-party systems.Develop real-time, batch, and API-based data integration solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement and personalization requirements.Drive best practices for data governance, data quality, and customer data management.Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives through customer-centric data strategies.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Data Platforms, CRM, MarTech, or Customer Data Management domains.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ecosystem applications, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud.Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Unity CDP implementation projects.Strong understanding of: Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts and architectureStrong understanding of: Identity Resolution and Customer Profile ManagementStrong understanding of: Data Integration (Batch, API, Real-time/Event-Driven)Strong understanding of: Customer Data Modeling and SegmentationExperience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating Oracle CX Cloud, ERP, and HCM solutions.Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Cloud Platforms.Experience with Marketing Automation and Personalization Platforms.Understanding of Real-Time Customer Engagement and Omnichannel Use Cases.Strong stakeholder management and solution architecture skills.
