Role description As a Sales Specialist you will have to understand the complete business in order to highly impact sales performance, generate leads, adjusting sales techniques according to the needs identified through the commitment and service you must provide to eduNEXT customers. Main responsibilities 1. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. 2. Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client. 3. Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas. 4. Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships. 5. Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. 6. Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-learning industry in business development, LMS, B2B sales, and/or customer success * Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Business/Finance or Business Administration * Knowledge and experience with CRM and Office * Understanding of Common Business Software * English professional and business proficiency Soft Skills * Business communication * Relationship building * Critical thinking
