Responsibilities & more

-1 to 3 years of experience using Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, or similar). - Web/marketing platform management skills - Ability to learn quickly -Flexible schedule (there must be a scheduled availability, but it does not mean that you work all those hours, it is more important to fulfill duties and attend calls scheduled internally or with clients). - Work Monday through Friday Responsibilities: - The first months, the person enters the implementation team, where they will have direct contact with the platform and will be able to implement simple tasks while advancing in the study and certification of Marketo: Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner (Adobe Marketo). - Design and implement all new marketing processes, ensure the performance of marketing tools and keep the management of all systems up and running. - Perform complex analysis, among different sources of information, and convert this information into actionable business results to make effective decisions. - Build and track project performance. - Manage marketing automation and CRM systems used to generate reports. - Create and maintain reports on marketing metrics and sales activities, as well as effectiveness and business impact. - Develop and create KPIs and scorecards to maintain and monitor marketing performance.
