AirBusiness Academy SAS is seeking a Training Consultant Lean and Quality to join the Talent Development Service Line in Hamburg. The consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering Lean and Quality training solutions, contributing to business development, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong pedagogical skills, 5-10 years of operational experience in Lean and/or Quality, and fluency in German and English. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an innovative and dynamic environment within the aerospace industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver Lean and Quality training solutions - Contribute to product portfolio evolution to address market needs - Identify new entrants and new technology in Lean and Quality - Provide inputs to build the domain’s contribution to the Service Line business plan and financial targets - Develop customer relationships, particularly with Airbus domain counterparts
