Requirements and responsibilities

As a Microsoft Gold CSP Partner and Azure Expert MSP, they drive innovation in cloud adoption, migrations, and modernization projects. We are looking for a Data Engineer. Requirements: * At least 2-3 years of experience in a Data Engineer role. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes. * Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies. * Proficient knowledge of distributed computing principles and key architectures, with broad experience across data stores such as Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Synapse Analytics, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory. * Solid understanding of landing, staging areas, data cleansing, data profiling, data security, and data architecture concepts (DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Datamart). * Strong SQL skills. * Experience working in an Agile development environment with tools such as Jira. * English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Would be a plus: * Relevant data engineering certifications. Responsibilities: * Select, deploy, and manage systems and infrastructure required for data processing pipelines in support of customer requirements. * Implement ETL pipelines, monitor and maintain data pipeline performance, and optimize data models. * Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies such as Azure Fabric, Apache Spark, Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, HD Insights, Stream Analytics, and Event Grid. * Participate in the implementation of data and analytics projects for corporate clients across Europe, the UK, CIS, and the Middle East.
