🎯 What you’ll own
You’ll be responsible for scaling our paid and organic marketing efforts — bringing in qualified traffic, capturing demand, and turning attention into leads.
🔥 Paid & performance
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Test and scale new paid channels (YouTube, Reddit, programmatic, etc.).
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion flows.
- Own funnel metrics and reporting (traffic, CAC, CPL, attribution, LTV).
🌱 Organic & content
- Help grow Knock2’s LinkedIn presence (posts, repurposed clips, comments).
- Support Knock2’s podcast (episode promotion, social clips, newsletter summaries).
- Assist with email newsletters — drafting, designing, or summarizing content.
- Support with website content (case studies, blog posts, SEO experiments).
- Identify and engage in community or co-marketing opportunities.

- You’re comfortable switching between ads, landing pages, and content repurposing.

- You’re proactive, fast, and love getting results with limited resources.
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand gen.
- Hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and CRM flows.
- Experience with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Webflow, Canva/Figma, and Notion.
- Based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
- Bonus: experience working with early-stage startups or solo-founder teams.
💰 Compensation
- Monthly rate: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month, depending on experience.
- Fully remote, async-friendly.
