🚀 Job requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in budget planning as a financial analyst. - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, and economics. - Accounting designation is considered an asset. - Experience working with Dynamics NAV ERP systems is an asset. - Advanced Microsoft Office. - Proactive attitude in the collection and verification of financial information. - Proficient in English. French is a plus. 🚀 Responsibilities: - Support overall month-end closing activities, closely coordinating with the controller and other stakeholders, and be the lead point of contact for finance and performance-related matters for concerned stakeholders. - Support the production/preparation of monthly results packages for the company, including analysis vs. budget, prior periods, and forecasts for presentation to senior management and department heads. - Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on determining business. - Lead the bottom-up production of the annual plan, 3- 5-year outlook, and quarterly department forecasts. - Perform in-depth financial analysis of actual results vs. budget for various departments, detailing and understanding variances and tying them to underlying variables and drivers in strategic decision-making. - Develop a deep understanding of operating and capital expenditures. - Develop, optimize, and safeguard the pricing/sales profit matrix of the different product-customer groups. - Provide direct support to department heads for ad hoc financial requests. - Assist with monthly accruals. - Undertake financial analyzes ad hoc as required.
