We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers who have already expressed interest, qualify their needs, and book product demo calls with our clients’ sales teams. This is not cold calling, you’ll be speaking with people who have already shown intent. Your success will be measured by how many qualified meetings you schedule. Responsibilities - Call and follow up with inbound leads who have shown interest in our clients’ solutions. - Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timelines, and decision-making process. - Book product demos and sales calls for account executives or client sales teams. - Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM. - Provide a smooth handoff between prospect and sales team to ensure high show-up rates. - Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for demos scheduled. Requirements - 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar preferred). - Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and professional phone presence. - Strong active listening and qualifying ability to quickly identify fit. - Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets. - Comfortable working with CRM tools, email, and call tracking systems. - Positive attitude and resilience when handling objections.
