Requirements and responsibilities


If you have strong English skills, know U.S. geography, and have prior call center or customer support experience, this is your chance to work from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities: Freelancer / Contractor * Handle inbound and outbound calls. * Assist with sales and provide quotes. * Manage customers' requests via CRM, emails, text, or phone. * Book orders and communicate with the team about pending jobs. * Use communication apps such as Telegram and WhatsApp. * Maintain records and document orders and bookings. Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Knowledge of U.S. geography. * Call center experience preferred. * Fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps). * Computer with at least 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. * Quiet, distraction-free workspace. * Availability 8 AM – 4 PM PST or 12 PM – 8 PM PST. * 5 working days per week, 2 days off (40 hours per week).
