Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
* Lead AI/ML projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to build integrated AI solutions.
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate business problems into technical solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the AI/ML space.
* Ensure best practices in data handling, model development, and responsible AI.
* Document models, experiments, and workflows clearly and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven industrial experience in AI/ML roles with a strong portfolio of applied projects.
* Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
* Proficiency in Python (preferred), along with strong knowledge of libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
* Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying ML models.
* Familiarity with MLOps tools and model lifecycle management.
* Exceptional communication and client handling skills – ability to simplify complex ideas, present confidently, and build strong client relationships.
Preferred Skills:
* Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models.
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
* Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
