🚀 We are seeking a near-native English/Spanish Account Manager for an international client: 🟣 Requirements: ◽ Experience with digital marketing for at least 2 years is a must (non-negotiable). ◽ Previous experience as an account manager for at least 2 years. ◽ English level needs to be C1 (written and verbal). ◽ Real estate experience is a plus. ◽ Project management skill is a plus. ◽ Experience in sales and customer service. 🟣 Responsibilities: ◽ Support: Attend to the customer requirements, considering a client should never wait more than 2 hours for a response. Additionally, address all client questions and concerns promptly and accurately. Responses should be delivered via phone, email, Loom, or a scheduled call/Zoom meeting. Issues that require technical insight should be escalated through our internal chain of command. ◽ Client communication: Improve client relationships by directly monitoring and communicating results. Solutions to pain points should be proactively identified, implemented, and communicated to the client. ◽ Client results: Monitor consistently client results and direct the Fulfillment Team and resources as needed. You have to identify problems with client results, considering client retention is the primary KPI tied to this position. ◽ Manage team capacity: Understand and budget the ability of your Pod (digital marketing team). New projects will be added to your task list daily. Monitor and manage your team’s capacity to predict bandwidth issues before they occur. ◽ Set and communicate deadlines: Based on your team’s bandwidth, you must set realistic deadlines and meet those deadlines without sacrificing quality. If you identify a deadline that will be missed, it must be proactively communicated to your direct report so we can appropriately manage client satisfaction. ◽ Monitor quality: Above all, quality control is most important. Understand each client's unique requirements to ensure we meet or exceed their expectations. This requires working well under pressure with a keen attention to detail. ◽ Monthly calls: Review and report client numbers throughout the first half of every month. This role requires researching, understanding and adequately communicating client results. Negative results should be escalated through our internal chain of command. ◽ Internal communication: Communicate clearly, promptly, and concisely with the internal team members, agency partners, and third-party vendors via email, Slack, Zoom, and phone. Everyone should be proactively informed, including your team, direct reports, and our clients. 🟣 Additional information: ◽ Salary: USD 2,000 - USD 3,000. ◽ Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm EDT. ◽ Hours needed: 40 hours per week (full time). ❗ Remote Latinos provides a matching service with other businesses.
