Position Overview:
We're looking for a structured, accountable Project Coordinator to help drive operational excellence across roofing projects. You'll be the bridge between sales, vendors, labor crews, and customers, ensuring that every job runs on time, on budget, and without friction. If you're highly organized, quick on your feet, and driven to build systems that scale, this role is a launchpad to leadership in our ops team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Preparation: Translate signed contracts into clear project plans for seamless field execution.
- Material Coordination: Source materials, track inventory, and manage deliveries.
- Labor Scheduling: Assign crews based on job timelines and skill requirements.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Keep sales, field, and procurement teams aligned and informed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify roadblocks early and resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement repeatable systems and workflows.
- System Management: Maintain accurate data in internal tracking tools for performance visibility.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or production support (roofing, construction, or home services preferred).
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required (Portuguese is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage job costing, sourcing, and vendor logistics.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong collaborator with a team-first mindset.
- Competent background in handling multiple projects and associated systems/tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building or improving SOPs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools.
- Hands-on exposure to Zapier or other automation tools.
