You will oversee the end-to-end process and relations with our team, ensuring a strong work culture. ✅ Responsibilities: • Build and implement Axiacore’s company-wide hiring strategy. • Build a healthy remote work culture. • Contract drafting and management. • Own recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, career development, and related processes. • Create and manage policy for paid-time-off (PTO), benefits, performance, traveling, and more. • Understand and learn about local work regulations and other liabilities in the countries we operate in. • Responsible for checking payroll reports with finance. • Own OKRs with leadership. Manage company-wide headcount budget. • Structure our compensation strategy, do market research on compensation ranges and evaluate performance compensation. • Other duties as assigned. ✅ The skills we’re looking for: • Have strong employee-relations skills with attention to diverse international cultures; must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization. • Proactive.
