📣 We're looking for:
◽ Excellent spoken and written English C1+.
◽ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (preferred).
◽ At least one or three years of experience in accounting roles.
◽ Proficiency in Google sheets or Excel.
◽ Good understanding of revenue, costs, and expenses.
◽ Strong attention to detail and problem - solving skills.
◽ Proficient in using QuickBooks.
◽ Experience working with US based companies (preferred).
◽ Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
◽ Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
💪 What you'll do:
◽ Perform daily categorization of expenses, generate monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports, and conduct analysis to identify any potentially unnecessary or incorrect expenses.
◽ Construction and preparation of financial statements.
◽ Oversight of monthly expenses and provision of insights.
◽ Assistance with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, encompassing financial analysis.
◽ Maintenance of current accounting data using QuickBooks.
◽ Generation of new solutions to enhance monthly expense management.
🪙 Compensation:
◽ It starts between USD $1000 - 1500/month depending on experience.
