As a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle), you will lead and deliver projects to the business in the LATAM region, with key participation in global projects. You will support business growth, be a partner in new workflows design, and manage business requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation and development of strategic projects in the LATAM region, negotiating regional implementation of global technology projects, and supporting the global and regional team in the implementation of new projects based on improvements in the ERP. You will also provide management support for the operation in markets and support for other markets in Latin America, and offer level 2 expert support for ERP failure situations due to configuration changes or new operations. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in technology-related careers, a master’s degree in technology or project management, and at least 3 years of experience as an Oracle EBS consultant or expert for project implementations and setup of new workflows. Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English is required, and an Oracle test will be applied to validate skills.
