* Own and execute RoCo’s full outbound lead generation strategy, from data sourcing to live sales rep handoff.
* Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, landing pages) targeting small business owners by industry.
* Lead growth experiments end-to-end, including standing up quick-iteration landing pages and pop-up offers.
* Oversee daily lead distribution across the sales floor, ensuring every rep always has high-quality outreach targets.
* Build repeatable sales support systems (scripts, rebuttals, outreach flows) aligned with what’s converting.
* Monitor rep activity, campaign performance, and approval conversion, adjusting lead sources and angles accordingly.
* Manage a \$20K per month execution budget, overseeing remote contractors (scrapers, enrichers, copywriters, sequencers).
* Maintain detailed growth operations infrastructure: campaign folders, contact lists, UTM-tracked asset libraries, and weekly funnel reports.
* Collaborate closely with Tech, Sales, Underwriting, and Retention teams to create closed-loop feedback cycles and optimize funding outcomes.
* Ship 3–5 new verticals, industries, or test angles weekly with metrics tracked from lead to funding.
✅ Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth leadership roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or outbound-heavy B2B environments.
* Strong command of outbound strategy: list building, contact validation, multi-touch sequencing, and experimentation.
* Proven success managing or directing remote contractors or offshore teams for campaign deployment.
* Extremely organized, with experience managing hundreds of creative assets, outreach campaigns, lead cohorts, and reporting dashboards.
* Deep understanding of campaign attribution, lead scoring, and how to optimize CPL and CAC based on downstream funding outcomes.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Close.io, HubSpot), outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist), and enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, Dropcontact).
* Bonus: light hands-on skills in tools like Webflow, Notion, Canva, Typeform, or Make/Zapier automations.
Able to work EST or partial EST overlap schedule.
Native-level English communication (written and verbal) required.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, and operations teams in a revenue-focused organization.
