🚀 What you’ll do:
- Role model our values: personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result.
- Collaborate with pre-sales architects and sales teams to understand client needs and spot new opportunities.
- Take on a visible, customer-facing role to build strong relationships.
- Help create detailed, actionable Statements of Work with project managers and architects.
- Stay up-to-date with tech trends and core cloud/workplace tools.
- Continuously improve how you deliver, solve problems, and drive adoption.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of consulting experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
- A curious, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Familiar with Microsoft Purview, Defender (Endpoint/Cloud), Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Sentinel: automating workflows with Logic Apps, integrating threat intel, and documenting processes.
