Requirements and responsibilities


Requirements: * C1 English level (spoken and written). * Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/22. * Proven skills in PC assembly and upgrades. * Experience with domain controllers, firewalls, networking, and dual ISP redundancy. * Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues efficiently. * Knowledge of printers, scanners, and fax setup. * Great time management and communication skills. Responsibilities: * Maintain and configure servers, PCs, and network systems. * Administer cloud backup and ensure data security. * Provide remote technical support to U.S.-based clients and internal users. * Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues. * Ensure continuous uptime and performance of IT infrastructure.
