Requirements:
* Over 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a Tier 3 role.
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
* Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals.
* Experience in device management and security policy administration in enterprise environments.
* Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments.
* Excellent communication skills, especially for remote collaboration.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in handling escalations.
Responsibilities:
* Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
* Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point and subject matter expert in resolving complex issues related to Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, systems, and endpoints.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of MDM/MAM policies, as well as the deployment of new Intune features.
* Manage escalations related to Microsoft 365, ensuring its integration with Intune and endpoint services.
* Develop and maintain backup and data recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with business continuity plans.
* Work with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments (Azure and AWS), resolving infrastructure, device connectivity, and cloud-based identity and device management issues.
* Implement and maintain security policies, including antivirus, firewall, encryption, and compliance with standards such as ISO and NIST.
* Securely manage the device lifecycle from deployment to decommissioning.
* Perform system testing, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
* Maintain detailed technical documentation of configurations, support procedures, and implemented solutions.
* Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous process improvement.
* Train internal teams on new tools, policies, procedures, and systems.
Preferred:
* Experience with backup systems and data recovery tools.
* Familiarity with SCCM, Jamf, or other endpoint management tools.
* Microsoft certifications (Intune, Azure, M365) are an advantage.
* Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell) is a plus.
