We are looking for a Working Student Driver Operations to support our existing drivers and partners, and to contribute to various projects related to Driver Operations. The role requires proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and good written and spoken English skills. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and comfortable working with G-Sheets and Tableau. As part of the team, you will have access to free Udemy e-learning, subsidised gym membership, and other local benefits depending on your work location. Responsibilities: - Front office support to existing drivers and partners, and tickets support through Zendesk - Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance, including outbound calls - Selling FREENOW on-car-advertisement via cold calling and negotiating deals with fleet partners - Support in various projects related to Driver Operations (e.g. Expansion to new cities or competitor analyses)
