Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced ELK Observability Lead to drive enterprise-wide observability, logging, monitoring, and analytics capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of ELK Stack solutions (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)Define observability strategies and deliver scalable dashboards, alerts, and reporting solutionsOptimize Elasticsearch clusters for high-volume ingestion, storage, and retrievalDesign and govern Logstash/data ingestion pipelines across diverse data sourcesBuild advanced Kibana visualizations for IT operations, incident response, and analyticsImplement security, governance, access control, and compliance best practicesServe as an ELK SME, mentoring teams and driving observability best practicesCollaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to enable end-to-end visibilityRequired Technical Expertise:Expert-level ElasticsearchDistributed architecture & cluster designQuery DSL, aggregations, search and index optimizationPerformance tuning and scalabilityILM, Data Streams, and sharding strategiesAIOps / ITOM / observability experienceScripting & automation (Python, Bash)Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform / Ansible)🔎 Core Skill: Elasticsearch / ELK Stack (7+ years required)💼 Experience: 10+ Years📍 Location: Chicago, IL or RemoteLinkedIn message or please share your Resumes to lakshmi.b@saranshinc.com
