Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/French) Location: Remote – Latin America Schedule: Full-Time | Eastern Time (ET) Overview We're looking for an experienced bilingual Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to busy operations. This role combines executive support, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll serve as the central point of communication between clients, field technicians, and internal teams—managing appointments, handling high call volumes, coordinating schedules, and providing reliable administrative support that enables the business to operate efficiently year-round. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound phone calls professionally and efficiently. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate customer service appointments. Serve as the primary communication link between clients, field technicians, and internal teams. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, payments, and service inquiries. Process customer payments and assist with outstanding balance follow-ups. Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate updates proactively. Provide day-to-day administrative support to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across departments. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar administrative role. Fluent English and French (written and spoken) — required. College degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience managing calendars, appointments, and customer communications. Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills. Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software. Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time business hours. Nice to Have Experience supporting field service or technician scheduling. Experience in retail, home services, or seasonal businesses. Familiarity with CRM platforms or appointment scheduling software. Experience working with remote teams.
