Responsibilities

We're hiring someone who'll fight for 5% off CPA this week without making the brand look cheap next year. Founded by three ex-Microsoft leaders, WeTransact helps SaaS companies publish, sell, and grow on Microsoft Marketplace. 500+ SaaS companies already trust us to build their international revenue channel. We're a fast, global team of 60, small enough that your work shows up in pipeline within weeks. The role You'll own customer acquisition end to end, with paid media as the main engine: strategy, platforms, audiences, landing pages, and the number at the bottom of the funnel. You'll build the acquisition machine that reaches the founders and teams behind those SaaS companies, optimize it, and own what it produces. We're a startup, so we follow the results. Paid media is the priority today, but you'll also help build other channels as they prove their value, from SEO and AEO to outbound. If you're the kind of marketer who wants to be defined by outcomes rather than a single channel, this is built for you. Who we're looking for Someone who treats acquisition as a system, who's spent years turning budget into pipeline across multiple countries, has strong opinions on attribution, and can walk a CEO through why a euro spent here returns more than a euro spent there. A builder who's as comfortable writing an ad angle as reworking a landing page. Proactive by nature, the kind of person who interviews customers, sits with Sales, and researches competitors without being asked. You'll join a small, talented team (a designer, a product marketing manager, a content marketer), report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with Sales, since the pipeline you build is pipeline they close. What you'll own Build and run international paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC Generate and qualify demand that Sales accepts, owning the MQL-to-SQL handoff and regular syncs with Sales to improve lead quality Own the numbers: CAC, ROAS, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline contribution, managing spend against clear guardrails Build and activate B2B audiences on dedicated audience platforms Own conversion end to end: build and test landing pages, run a continuous CRO program Set up clean tracking and measure campaigns honestly, all the way back to revenue in HubSpot Run a real experimentation cadence across targeting, creative, copy, and pages Test and scale other acquisition channels as they outperform, including SEO, AEO, and outbound What you bring (required) B2B SaaS and lead generation: a proven track record marketing to B2B SaaS companies and their buyers, generating and qualifying leads, with fluency in MQLs/SQLs and close interaction with Sales on handoff and pipeline Paid media depth: 5+ years running paid media, with at least 2 years across multiple countries, including the US and/or Europe Platform command: hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Proactive operator: self-driven to interview customers, talk to Sales, and research competitors to improve performance Audience building: building and activating B2B audiences on platforms such as Clay, 6sense, and Cognism Conversion and pages: real CRO and landing page building experience Analytics and reporting: GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) Tracking setup: Google Tag Manager, custom code, and the Conversions API Revenue fluency: command of CAC, ROAS, CPL, and attribution, tying spend to revenue CRM proficiency: HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform Professional English fluency for an international team Nice to have Product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve acquisition alongside sales-led motions ABM: targeting named accounts with tailored campaigns Familiarity with the Microsoft partner, marketplace, or co-sell motion Multi-language or region-specific campaign management An eye for design and brand consistency across campaigns Webflow or WordPress, plus CRO tools like VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity Hands-on experience beyond paid media: SEO, AEO, or outbound (e.g. Lemlist) Reforge, CXL, or Clay certification Details R$9,000 to R$14,000 per month Fully remote. Rio de Janeiro preferred, but open to Brazil
