We are seeking an experienced IT Contracts Manager to manage and negotiate complex enterprise technology contracts for a large university system.This is a hands-on contract management and negotiation role — not a legal counsel position. A law degree or bar admission is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of IT contracts from procurement/RFP award through negotiation, approval, and executionNegotiate complex technology agreements involving Oracle, AWS/Cloud, ERP, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, data security, and IT servicesReview, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, and related agreementsNegotiate pricing, liability, indemnification, insurance, SLAs, intellectual property, data security, and other commercial termsPartner closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, business stakeholders, and vendorsManage multiple contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments simultaneouslyTrack approvals and drive agreements through timely executionRequired Qualifications15+ years of IT contract management and negotiation experienceStrong hands-on experience negotiating complex enterprise technology contractsExperience with Oracle, AWS/Cloud, ERP, SaaS, cybersecurity, and data security agreementsStrong contract review, negotiation, and redlining skillsExperience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycleAbility to independently manage multiple complex negotiationsPreferredHigher Education or Public Sector contracting experienceExperience working with large, complex, or multi-entity organizationsImportant: This is a Contracts Management position, not a Legal Counsel role.
