Job DescriptionCapitalize is seeking a dynamic, driven, professional self-starter to join our team of rock stars.The Account Executive will work with and report to the Executive Vice President of Canada during an exciting period of growth, driving all areas of sales. The ideal candidate is passionate, energetic, and dedicated to the growth of the company and our core values. This individual will have strong communication skills and be able to simultaneously manage and grow multiple opportunities and projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Engage and build relationships with our vendor partners to assist them in achieving sales goalsBuild strategy and plans to create leadsLeverage past relationship network to uncover new opportunitiesCampaigns around vendor partner solutionsSupport and/or manage outbound emailing campaigns, webinars, etc.Follow up with potential leads/clientsEngage Analytics Delivery and Advisory Services leadership for support on opportunitiesResponsibilities include providing advice and counsel to clients, oversight and accountability for delivery success, and client satisfactionAttend industry conferences to promote awareness of the Capitalize brandTrack and manage all opportunities, contacts and activities in PipeDrive (CRM)Participate in weekly Sales WIG, Touchpoint and Event Planning callsReadiness and ability to travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing and sales or related field of study, preferred5+ years of field Services Sales experienceExperience closing complex solution (software and services) campaigns with successful proficiency negotiating with senior executives (CxO-SVP-VP)Ability to position and close services including Business Process Automation and AI workshops with LOB executivesInnate proficiency in creating and executing prospecting campaigns to acquire new logosKnowledge of process automation around data, analytics and business intelligenceFamiliar with Capitalizes technology partnersEnergetic, professional and passionate about having fun and being successfulProven collaborator and leader in highly matrixed environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including creative writing skillsMust be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team environmentMust be legally authorized to work in Canada with preference in Toronto & Calgary
