Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to focus exclusively on identifying, engaging, and qualifying skilled trades professionals. This role is not responsible for the full recruitment cycle; instead, it is dedicated to talent sourcing and initial candidate engagement.
This position is highly outreach-driven and phone-based, requiring excellent communication skills, confidence speaking with candidates, and the ability to build interest and rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Source skilled trades candidates (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) through job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, communication skills, and role fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking in the ATS.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Meet weekly for recruiting activity and hiring targets.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting support, or talent acquisition
Strong spoken and written English (suitable for phone-based screening and candidate engagement).
Proven experience with outbound sourcing and cold outreach
Comfortable working EST hours and conducting frequent phone calls.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience recruiting for skilled trades or blue-collar roles.
Familiarity with the U.S. home services industry.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
