We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) who brings together pedagogy, instructional design, user experience, and educational technology to build high-impact digital learning solutions aligned with our global academic standards and evolving product ecosystem.
Role Purpose
Design, develop, and continuously optimize digital learning experiences that enable effective knowledge and skill acquisition, increase learner engagement and retention, and integrate seamlessly into Berlitz’s digital learning platforms—while supporting business and product objectives at a global level.
What You’ll Do
• Design learning journeys, curricula structures, and instructional experiences aligned with modern learning models and Berlitz standards.
• Create, adapt, and enhance interactive digital learning content.
• Apply UX, accessibility, and learner-centered design principles to digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with global Product, Technology, UX/UI, and Operations teams.
• Ensure pedagogical, editorial, and methodological quality across learning content.
• Analyze learning data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English level (required) to work with global teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience designing digital learning experiences or e-learning solutions.
• Experience with authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI applied to learning.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
