📞 Hiring: Real Estate Phone Assistant (Remote – Latin America) About Us We are a growing US-based real estate and property management company seeking a remote phone assistant to handle outbound calls for new leads and incoming calls from clients and prospects. Role Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to new buyer/seller leads, landlords and investors, and past clients for follow-up. * Answer incoming calls from new inquiries about properties and existing clients needing updates or support. * Ask basic qualifying questions and gather information such as budget, location, and timeline. * Set appointments and update notes in our CRM. * Send quick follow-up texts or emails after each call. * Work during US Eastern Time hours. Requirements * Excellent spoken English with clear and confident phone communication. * Strong phone presence and comfort with making a high volume of calls. * Reliable internet connection, laptop or PC, and headset. * Quiet work environment. * Previous experience in real estate, sales, cold calling, or customer service is a plus * Spanish is a plus but not required.
