About the Role: Plugg Technologies is partnering with a client in Canada to hire a Creative Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a design team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working closely with designers to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily activities of the creative/design team. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. - Support designers with task prioritization and workflow organization. - Ensure all assets and files are properly managed and delivered. - Communicate with stakeholders to align on expectations and timelines. - Assist in improving processes within the creative studio. Requirements: - Based in Mexico (mandatory). - Advanced English (C1/C2) – comfortable working with international teams. - 1–3 years of experience in creative coordination, design coordination, or similar roles. - Experience working with design or marketing teams. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: - Experience in creative agencies or design studios. - Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar. - Basic understanding of design workflows (branding, digital, retail, etc.).
