Sales Representative: Repairs Division at Bone Dry Roofing

Your RoleCome join our rapidly growing team! We are in need of Sales Representatives to help service our repairs and masonry customers around the Indianapolis area. Bone Dry Roofing supplies a company vehicle, fuel, and provides all of your leads for you! You will be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed. Industry experience is not required - we will train!Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer serviceRun leads provided dailyPerform inspections to determine customers' repairs needsProvide estimates for customers during the appointmentFollow up with past customersKeep in contact with current customersWork alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have soldQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's licensePass a background checkMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders to determine work needsDaily travel in the home marketMilitary service is a plusIndustry experience is not required - we will train!Compensation and BenefitsCompensation base equivalent of $36k plus commission and eligible for bonus.
