* Execute QA validations for web pages, forms, and digital assets.
* Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies.
* Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance prior to launches.
* Update, manage, and follow up on tasks and tickets in ClickUp.
* Support cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Development, and Design.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in QA, web operations, or digital support roles.
* Experience validating websites, landing pages, or digital workflows is preferred.
* Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills.
* Spanish proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
