About the RoleOur Developer Experience team builds the tools and workflows that enables engineers at Attentive to build, test and deliver software efficiently and confidently. We focus on the inner-loop of development—the part of the engineering lifecycle before code is merged and deployed. While recent investments have centered on CI/CD and post-merge automation, the next evolution of DevEx is about empowering engineers earlier in their workflow: local development, testing environments, and AI-augmented coding and review tools.You'll join a small, senior team of platform-minded engineers who are passionate about engineering excellence and eliminating friction across the company.
