We're looking for an exceptional Staff / Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Computer Vision, Biometrics, and Face Recognition Systems to help design, build, and scale next-generation identity and authentication solutions.This is an opportunity to own ML systems end-to-end—from data pipelines and model training to deployment and production scaling on AWS.What You'll Bring5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years focused on Biometrics or Face AnalysisDeep expertise in: Computer Vision, Face Recognition, Biometrics Systems, Model Training & OptimizationStrong understanding of AI Fairness & Ethics: Experience identifying sources of algorithmic bias; Measuring and mitigating disparate impact in Computer Vision systems; Building responsible and inclusive AI solutionsExpert-level Python development skills with hands-on experience using: PyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow, Other machine learning and computer vision librariesStrong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to write clean, modular, production-ready codeTechnical ExpertiseDesigning and scaling end-to-end ML pipelines (Data → Training → Deployment)Workflow orchestration using tools such as AirflowDeploying and managing ML workloads on AWS, including: SageMaker, EC2, EKSExperience scaling distributed training on multi-GPU environmentsBuilding production-grade machine learning systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalabilityWhy Join?Work on cutting-edge AI and biometric technologiesSolve complex challenges at production scaleCollaborate with a world-class engineering teamInfluence architecture, research, and product direction
