VenueAI is a fast-growing SaaS company helping wedding and event venues book more events using AI. Our clients are relationship-driven small business owners, and the person in this role becomes one of their most trusted partners. We're looking for someone who combines exceptional communication skills with strong technical aptitude. You'll own the onboarding experience end-to-end: leading client calls, managing the setup process yourself, and ensuring every new customer launches successfully and starts seeing results quickly. Beyond onboarding, you'll continue supporting clients through adoption, retention, renewals, and future growth opportunities, helping them feel confident and successful with VenueAI. You won't be expected to be an engineer, and our technical team is available for more complex issues. However, you should be comfortable handling the day-to-day technical aspects of onboarding independently. As you deepen your product knowledge and strengthen client relationships, you'll have a clear path to expand into product demos, identifying expansion opportunities, and playing a larger role in revenue growth over time. ===WHAT YOU'LL DO=== * Serve as the warm, confident face of VenueAI during onboarding and client interactions * Own the onboarding process end-to-end, including leading calls and managing technical setup such as integrations, forms, DNS configuration, and troubleshooting * Ensure clients go live quickly and successfully by conducting quality assurance checks before launch * Guide customers through the early adoption phase so they understand the product, realize value quickly, and feel confident using VenueAI * Build strong client relationships that drive retention, renewals, and long-term success * Identify opportunities for upgrades, expanded usage, and other growth initiatives as clients achieve success * Develop deep product expertise to confidently address client questions and provide strategic guidance * Partner with the technical team on complex issues while independently managing routine setup and support needs * Grow into leading product demos and contributing to revenue-generating activities over time * Identify friction points in onboarding and the customer journey, and help improve processes as we scale ===WHO YOU ARE=== * Naturally engaging and relationship-oriented; people trust and connect with you quickly * Fluent or near-native in English, with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing video calls * Technically capable and comfortable managing onboarding tasks such as integrations, forms, DNS setup, and basic troubleshooting without relying heavily on developers * Consultative in your approach, focused on listening, building rapport, and guiding clients toward success * Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Experienced, with 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, or Account Management, ideally supporting US-based clients * Aware that exceptional onboarding drives adoption, retention, renewals, and future revenue opportunities * Excited by a role that combines customer success with a long-term path toward demos and sales responsibilities ===NICE TO HAVE=== * Experience transitioning from Customer Success or Onboarding into a demo or sales-focused role * Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI products * Experience in the events, hospitality, or wedding industries ===THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF=== * You prefer working exclusively behind the scenes and avoid client-facing interactions * You don't enjoy building relationships and engaging directly with customers * You depend on developers to resolve routine setup or integration tasks * You're uncomfortable troubleshooting issues and finding solutions independently * You want to remain strictly in a support role with no interest in demos, sales, or revenue-related responsibilities ===COMPENSATION & GROWTH=== * Base salary: USD $36,000–$42,000/year, depending on experience * Performance bonus tied to onboarding success, retention, and client outcomes * 100% remote, exclusive full-time role * A clear growth path from onboarding → customer success → demos → sales as VenueAI continues to scale
