Requirements and responsibilities

The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of our human infrastructure. This role is a high-volume, high-impact position that requires a mix of aggressive recruitment, persuasive communication, and rigorous organizational management. You are responsible for ensuring that every provider we partner with understands our culture, our systems, and our standards. Core Responsibilities: - Proactively source, headhunt, and vet service providers and contractors. - You will handle the entire "top of funnel"—from initial cold outreach to final interview. - Lead the onboarding process for all new partners. - You will explain company SOPs, set expectations for service quality, and ensure every new hire is "system-ready." - Maintain our CRM and provider databases. - You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate and that our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed. - Facilitate the movement of parts and scheduling between providers. - You ensure that once a provider is onboarded, they have exactly what they need to execute. - Monitor lead status and provider performance. - You are the "Command Center" that ensures no lead or task falls through the cracks. Critical Requirements: - Native-Level English Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English with a neutral or American accent. - You will be the primary voice explaining our business to US stakeholders. - Process-Driven Mindset: You enjoy building and following SOPs. - You don't just "do the work"; you organize it. - Sales/Persuasion Skills: You must be able to "sell" our company culture and partnership benefits to providers. - Timezone Alignment: Must be based in LATAM (Mexico/Colombia preferred) to align with US business hours.
