We’re building the founding outbound team at Talavishiraaj Groups and are looking for 2–5 setters to help build the next stage of growth.Our leadership team has helped startups and scaling businesses build teams, implement growth systems, improve revenue operations, and scale from early-stage growth to structured execution environments. We’re looking for a small number of people who want to grow with the company.What you’ll doProspect and initiate conversations with founders, agencies, consultants, coaches, and growth-focused service businesses across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Qualify prospects against our ICP and booking criteria.Follow up consistently and nurture conversations through the sales process.Schedule qualified, attended appointments for our closer/founder.Follow our outreach framework, track activity, and report results.This role is responsible for the full setting process: prospecting, outreach, qualification, follow-up, and booking qualified appointments.Compensation & pathMonth 1 – Performance-Based Trial PeriodNo base in Month 1.6% commission on closed revenue generated from your booked appointments.You’ll be selling Business Growth, AI Implementation, and Operational Transformation engagements in the four-figure range for serious founders and leadership teams.Month 1 success is based on:Appointment quality and ICP fit.Show-up and attendance rates.Consistency of outbound activity.Contribution to closed revenue.From Month 2 – Base + CommissionHit the agreed benchmarks in Month 1 and from Month 2 you move to a base + commission structure. Specific numbers and KPIs will be discussed in the interview based on your experience and market fit.Top performers will also be considered for closing opportunities, revenue-sharing, and leadership roles as we scale.We’re interviewing this week and aiming to onboard the first 2–5 founding setters immediately.
