Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support administrative operations, business development activities, website quality assurance and basic graphic design tasks.ResponsibilitiesTest and review websites for formatting, spacing, content, image sizing, responsiveness and overall user experience.Report issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.Support business development activities, lead research and client follow ups.Manage administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling and communications.Create basic graphics for presentations, social media and marketing materials.RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good written and spoken English.Basic understanding of website testing and quality assurance.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred: Experience with WordPress, website content management or business development support.How To Apply: Send your CV at hr@workinnovate.com
