Requirements Discovery & Stakeholder Leadership (Core)Lead and facilitate requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholdersConfidently engage senior business and technical stakeholders to:Elicit complex business needsChallenge assumptionsDrive alignment and decision-makingAct as the primary translation layer between:Business stakeholdersDesignersEngineersOwn end-to-end requirements management across projects2. Technical Documentation & Analysis (Core)Produce high-quality, developer-ready documentation, including:Business Requirements Specifications (BRS / BRD)Functional and Technical SpecificationsUser stories and acceptance criteriaAPI contracts and interface definitionsData structures and content modelsEnsure requirements are:ClearTestableUnambiguousFit for agile deliveryMaintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and testing3. Agile Delivery & Sprint ExecutionOwn and run agile ceremonies, including:Backlog grooming / refinementSprint planningDaily stand-upsSprint reviewsEnsure backlogs are prioritised, groomed, and developer-readyPartner closely with engineers to:Clarify scopeResolve ambiguityReduce reworkIdentify delivery risks early and escalate where appropriate4.
