Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect end-to-end CRM analytics solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Service functionsDefine CRM data models, KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and customer intelligence strategiesIntegrate CRM systems with enterprise data platforms, marketing automation tools, and BI solutionsBuild scalable customer analytics architectures using cloud technologies and modern data platformsLead data governance, data quality, master data management, and CRM data standardization initiativesDevelop customer segmentation, funnel analytics, pipeline forecasting, churn analysis, and campaign performance tracking frameworksCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutionsArchitect real-time and batch data pipelines for CRM reporting and advanced analytics use casesEnable AI/ML-driven customer insights, predictive analytics, and personalization initiativesProvide technical leadership, best practices, and mentoring to analytics and development teamsEnsure security, compliance, scalability, and performance optimization of CRM analytics environmentsDrive adoption of self-service BI and enterprise reporting capabilitiesRequired SkillsStrong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similarExpertise in CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikStrong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling conceptsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPHands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data integration technologiesStrong understanding of customer lifecycle analytics, sales analytics, marketing analytics, and customer behavior analysisExperience in designing scalable analytics architectures and enterprise reporting solutionsKnowledge of API integrations, CRM connectors, and middleware platformsFamiliarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and predictive modeling conceptsStrong stakeholder management and solution architecture capabilitiesWe are looking for an experienced CRM Analytics Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing scalable CRM analytics ecosystems, enterprise reporting solutions, and customer intelligence frameworks.Interested candidates can share their profiles at: saurabh.mishra@huemot.com
