For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.Role:As an Enterprise Account Executive, Marketplaces, you will lead SentiLink’s expansion across the online marketplace ecosystem, including peer-to-peer marketplaces, resale platforms, ticket marketplaces, B2B marketplaces, classifieds platforms, and other multi-sided commerce businesses. You will partner with companies facing complex fraud and identity challenges across buyer, seller, merchant, and platform experiences.Because we are a startup, we expect you to contribute beyond traditional sales responsibilities—helping us shape our go-to-market strategy, build playbooks for the marketplaces vertical, and uncover new opportunities within the platform economy.This is a remote, US-based role.Responsibilities:Develop the marketplaces vertical by identifying and engaging online marketplaces, resale platforms, ticket marketplaces, B2B commerce platforms, and other multi-sided platformsOwn the sales process by leading meetings, building relationships, marshalling SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and closing commercial agreementsBuild trusted relationships with fraud, risk, trust & safety, seller operations, payments, identity, compliance, and executive stakeholdersNavigate complex organizations to align with decision-makers and build champions within prospects and partnersContinue to drive value to our partners post-close by owning relationships and helping our partners be successful with our solutionsPartner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to support customer outcomes and market expansionStay current on emerging fraud trends impacting marketplace ecosystems, including fake accounts, seller fraud, account takeovers, scams, synthetic identities, and trust & safety challengesRepresent SentiLink in accordance with our corporate values at all timesRequirements:5+ years of successful experience in sales, preferably selling technical or data-driven solutions into marketplaces, digital platforms, e-commerce, or financial services organizationsDemonstrated success selling data solutions into complex enterprise organizations using a top-down, multi-stakeholder sales motionExperience selling to fraud, risk, trust & safety, seller operations, compliance, payments, or identity teams preferredStrong understanding of marketplace onboarding, seller verification, buyer trust, fraud prevention, trust & safety, identity verification, or platform risk workflows preferredSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, with a big appetite for winning and a hustling mentalityExperience in credit risk, fraud, or another analytical discipline in financial services is a plusEstablished network within identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, trust & safety, or marketplace operations teams is a plusCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United StatesCompensation:$250,000/year - $280,000/year OTE + equity + benefitsPerks:Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)Flexible paid time offRegular company-wide in-person eventsHome office stipend, and more!Corporate Values:Follow ThroughDeep UnderstandingWhatever It TakesDo Something Smart
