About the jobA Recruitment Officer with 1 to 5 years of related experience is required in India (Work from Home). Work can be performed fully remotely from the comfort of your home. The Recruitment Officer will act as a central hub and vital link between candidates and Clients. The role is challenging and demands good organization skills, strong communications and an interest to research new roles and fields which involve continuous learning.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of the client industry, service offering and work cultureApproach new clients and discuss their recruitment needsBuild good relationship with customers though open communication, regular updates, quality deliverables and professional attitudeAnalyze customer requirements in terms of open positions or get vacancy details from employers and support in developing job description when necessaryEnter new job Requirements & candidate details in DatabaseKeep records of clients, employers and vacanciesResearch the role to understand the job requirement in order to find the right candidatesDevelop search to look for suitable candidates and advertise the role on multiple platformsFind and approach the right candidates through the use of multiple tools like: Recruitment databases, LinkedIn, recruitment sites, social networking sites etc.Match candidates to suitable jobsInterview and test job seekers to build a pool of people ready to fill vacanciesCreate Evaluation Matrix for multiple candidates against provided ratingScreen and shortlist candidates in line with customer requirements before employers interview themCheck references and candidates history before submissionPackage candidate resumes in preparation for submissionOrganize interviews for candidates with client and informing them about the resultsNegotiate package and facilitate arrangements between client and candidatesOffer advice to both clients and candidates on Salary scales, training and career progressionWork jointly and support the rest of the team toward exceeding company and individual targets (deadlines, number of placed candidates, target revenue and generated business leads)Establish direct contact with candidates to explain any details related to position or offerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and submissionsRespond to candidates queries and provide update upon closing the recruitment processFollow company standards and guidelines in relation to ATS update, Folders and documents structure and formatRequirements and SkillsExcellent Command of English is a MustVery strong command of MS Office (specially word & excel)Excellent Communications skillsGood time managementHighly focused and organizedFamiliarity with Data entry and workflowsFamiliarity with Recruitment processBackground in HR is a plusThe following are considered a plus for IT Technical Recruiters:Good understanding and knowledge of Information TechnologyFamiliarity with IT technical wordsFamiliarity with Search and Database entry
