In this role, you will manage the full dental billing lifecycle for a growing dental practice, ensuring accurate claim submission, proactive accounts receivable management, and timely insurance follow-up. You will work closely with the practice owner and office manager to maintain clean billing workflows and provide visibility into revenue cycle performance. This is a highly hands-on administrative role that requires reliability, structure, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate brings experience in dental billing, communicates with professionalism and clarity, is comfortable navigating Curve Dental (preferred) or similar systems such as Dentrix or Wisdom, and demonstrates strong organization, consistency, and high ethical standards while supporting efficient revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end dental billing and insurance claim submission. - Review claims for accuracy prior to submission. - Handle insurance follow-ups, denial management, and corrected claims. - Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on aging balances. - Communicate with insurance providers regarding claim status and reimbursement issues. - Maintain accurate billing records and reporting within the practice management system. - Support reporting and KPI tracking related to billing performance. - Collaborate with the office manager and practice owner to maintain workflow efficiency. - Ensure timely and accurate processing to support healthy cash flow. Requirements and Qualifications: - Strong experience in dental billing (required). - Familiarity with Curve Dental (preferred) or similar systems such as Dentrix or Wisdom. - Strong understanding of dental insurance workflows and claim management. - Experience with accounts receivable follow-up and denial resolution. - Ability to work independently and manage billing end-to-end. - Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication. - Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to a growing startup-style dental practice. - Tech-savvy and effective in a remote work environment. - High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information. - High ethical standards, professionalism, and respect in all patient interactions. - Willingness to learn, grow, and develop yourself professionally.
