This is not a traditional social media role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on relationships, partnerships, community building and coaching.What you’ll doBuild and grow a global network of local tour guidesRecruit and onboard new guidesDevelop long-term relationships with guides and partnersSupport, coach and engage the communityIdentify ambassadors and help grow referral networksWork with tourism organizations and local partnersGather feedback and help improve the guide experienceYou might be a great fit if you have experience in: Network Development | Partnerships | Relationship Management | Customer Success | Business Development | Community Building | CoachingYou don’t need previous experience with tour guides — what matters is that you’ve built relationships, developed networks and know how to bring people together.
