Role Overview:
- Provide administrative and financial support by reviewing client documentation, conducting intake and follow-up calls, verifying information, updating records in internal systems, and ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Assist with case processing, maintain organized records, and support daily operations while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications (Required):
- Must be located in Latin America.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Intake Specialist, Financial Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with EHR/EMR, or financial management platforms.
