Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to drive B2B growth across the Latin American healthcare market.
- This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record selling directly to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical providers.
- You will own the business development cycle from provider sourcing and prospecting through presentations, closing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining B2B healthcare sales, partnership development, and account management in a fast-growing global healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers across Latin America.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and proactive provider sourcing.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person sales presentations to prospective healthcare partners.
- Understand each provider’s needs and position the company’s solutions accordingly.
- Onboard new provider programs and ensure a smooth transition from signed partnership to active account.
- Manage and strengthen ongoing provider relationships to support long-term account growth.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, closed and lost opportunities, and customer issues accurately.
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience selling directly to medical providers, including doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
- Ability to prospect, engage, and close business within the Latin American healthcare market.
- Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation through closing.
- Fluent English and Spanish with strong professional communication skills in both languages.
- Based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic.
- Willing and able to travel occasionally for provider meetings and business development activities.
Nice to Have:
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese, particularly for the Brazilian market.
- 1–2+ years of strong account management experience.
- Experience living or working in an English-speaking country or multicultural environment.
- An established professional network within the Latin American healthcare provider market.
