🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Executive – US Market (Outbound Cold Calling) 📍 Location: Chennai (Work from Office) 🕒 Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US Shift) 💼 Experience: 2+ Years in Outbound Cold Calling / B2B Lead Generation Are you passionate about outbound sales and cold calling? Do you enjoy speaking with decision-makers and generating qualified business opportunities? If yes, we’d love to have you on our team! What You’ll Do * Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market. * Identify and engage decision-makers. * Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments. * Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. * Update CRM with accurate prospect information. * Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly goals. What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in outbound cold calling or B2B lead generation. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Experience calling US-based prospects is highly preferred. * Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
