🚨 We're Hiring | Regulatory Business Analyst 🚨This role will serve as the Veeva Vault RIM Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting regulatory data remediation, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Act as the Veeva Vault RIM SME, supporting configuration, business processes, and regulatory operations.Perform regulatory data remediation and ensure accurate representation of regulatory data within Veeva Vault RIM.Apply IDMP data models (including PMS) to support regulatory compliance and data quality initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Veeva Quality to Veeva RIM integrations.Support validation activities, including UAT coordination, test script review, and defect resolution.Develop training materials, SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.Monitor and analyze Veeva RIM reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.Support SDLC activities and regulatory content management initiatives.Contribute to AI/GenAI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within regulatory operations.✅ Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM (configuration, data model, and business process support).Experience with regulatory data remediation.Strong knowledge of: IDMP (Identification of Medicinal Products), PMS Data Models, eCTD, SDLC.Experience integrating Veeva Quality with Veeva Vault RIM.Strong understanding of Veeva Vault RIM Reporting & KPI Management.Experience supporting Validation & UAT activities.Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with eCTD publishing solutions (eCTD 4.0 experience is a plus).📌 Submission Requirements:✅ Updated Resume✅ LinkedIn Profile✅ Visa Copy✅ Driver's License✅ Two Recent Professional References (Required at Submission)⚠️ Note: Resumes will be screened using AI tools.
